Returns & Refunds Policy
At ArtDecoCanvas, each piece is custom-made, printed on demand, and crafted individually for each customer. Due to the nature of our production process, we are unable to offer returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Can I return or cancel my order?

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any orders, as each item is made to order.

Once your order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

This applies to all orders, regardless of destination or shipping region.
Color Differences
Please note that due to differences in monitors, the colors you see on your screen may be slightly different on the print you receive. We print colors true to the original files and cannot alter the output.
Large Format Orders
Orders in large dimensions are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, even before production, due to the high material and shipping cost involved.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll be happy to provide a free replacement or reprint if:

You submit clear photos of the defect or damage

The issue is confirmed to be related to production or shipping
For EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection laws, buyers usually have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply to custom-made goods (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).
Because all our artworks are made to order and personalized, they are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal period, and therefore not eligible for return or refund under EU law.
International Orders
For orders outside the EU, similar exemptions apply. Custom-made goods are typically non-refundable under consumer laws in most countries.
We are not liable for customs delays, import duties, or issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages
Please double-check your shipping information.
Orders returned due to wrong or incomplete addresses, or unclaimed packages, are not eligible for refund. Additional shipping costs for re-delivery may apply.
